If you could take one thing from someone else what would it be?
The catch - it cant be tangible. It has to be some kind of ability or knowlodge. This cant be x-ray vision or anything out of science fiction or a comic book. Something from real life
I would take the singing ability of Dave Grohl, the lead singer in the Foo Fighters.

i would take the ability to eat whatever i wanted and never gain weight. i wanna be like a lot of those chicks out there that can eat whatever and it doesnt matter, or have a baby, and get really tiny right away. yeah, thats what i want.

...and then I would steal that ability off you Crystal! A woman came into work today with three young kids - I'd say the youngest was about 8 months - and she was tiny! I mean she was so slim - like a size 1. Not that you can't have kids and still have a great figure - but I've never seen anyone in such great shape after three kids. Maybe she burns off all the weight running after them all!

I used to be like that when I was younger. I remember being in the lunch line at university with my best friend who is two years older than me. I was getting cake and she was getting a salad. She said to me "I guess you're still young enough to get away with eating junk like that". At the time I thought she was just being silly because we were only two years apart but a year later I noticed I was putting on some weight and finding it harder to lose it. I suddenly thought "this is what she was talking about!" I don't want to get old

yeah eat as much rubbish as you can right now! But, like you said your mum is slim despite having lots of kids so maybe you have 'thin' genes and won't ever have to worry about that stuff.
