Well the new season of American Idol began yesterday. Unfortunately I missed the first episode because I slept through it, but I caught tonights episode. Looks like slim pickings this year, only 14 contestants form Seattle, Washington. I guess there were only 17 from yesterdays episode. I don't know where they were though, Pennsylvania maybe? Anyway, I'm a big fan of American Idol, and I'll be doing a lot of talking about it, so I decided to make this forum for a place for all of us Lost fans to discuss our second favorite show.

they were in Minneapolis on day one and yes they only let 17 people through. They have had some pretty awful auditions so far. I just hope that it get better cause so far they don't have anyone even close to the talent that they had last year.

Hey, at least at this rate, they won't have to send anyone home on hollywood week, all they'll have is the 48 for the semi-finals....
