i completely forgot that these two slept together in season 2 until i rewatched it a couple days ago. kind of an extreme thing to do just to get someone's gun away from them.

Don't know if she just did it to get the gun. They were on that Island for some time then.. Hormones played a big part probably (how would you be?). And the gun..

Yeah, that works in English...Although, the expression is more commonly said "Kill two birds with one stone" in the US...I don't know about other English countries though.

i thought that whole story line was a little out there... to sleep with some1 cuz u want a gun?!
and then when sawyer was talking to jack and he was just like ' i screwed her'
that made me laugh:P
but i also dont like it b/c i love sawyer and kate 2gether so that kinda pissed me off:P

I know it didn't work for me either. I think at the beginning of series 2 they opened the doors for something to happen between them but it just didn't work and I think the writers knew cos they seemed to drop it pretty quickly.
I think I'm the only person on this forum who liked Ana Lucia! I didn't like her being with Sawyer or Jack cos they just didn't seem suited but I enjoyed all her flashbacks to being a police officer. Although I can't condone sleeping with someone for a gun. Couldn't she just hit him with a coconut or something?
Sawyer does belong with Kate IMO (HANDS OFF JACK!) and I'd love for her to go back to the island ahd hook up with him again in S5.
One thing I didn't understand about Ana Lucia's flashback - why did Christian ask her to go to Australia with him? I know he wanted her as a bodyguard kind of thing (why not just hire a bodyguard instead of some random chick he met at a bar) but it just seemed kind of pointless her being there. She didn't really do anything to help him except drive the car (but he could have taken a cab!).
Anybody got any thoughts on the matter?
P.S. What's all this talk about Ana Lucia being a les? She talks about her ex Danny and losing a baby. I think Michelle Rodriguez is gay though.

Just had a thought. Maybe as we now know Christian is related to the island in some sort of mystical way, he was perhaps responsible for getting some of the survivors on the plane so he hatched a plan to get Ana Lucia to go with him. But, just a thought.
