I agree - I think that it more like a brother/sister relationship and Sawyer feels protective towards Claire. Claire represents innocence on the island in a way and I think all the islanders are very protective of that.

yeah that is still how i feel.  cause i dont know, i just didnt get that vibe ever. like he was hitting on her for real.  i mean he did jokenly but he doesnt even really do that any more.

well shes maybe dead now so....lol it may not even matter anymore.  although i still dont think shes dead either
