Is it me or is Emilie De Ravin been acting kinda worse then other seasons? Cuz she didn't take Charlie's death too hard.. mostly the 5 stages of a grievingprocess is denial the very first one.. and that only lasted like, what, one second? and then she asked how did he die and not longer then a few days after she was drinking coffee with Kate & Aaron and smiling and glad and not one sign of missing Charlie, while he was there for Aaron every since his birth.. the writers just wrote it kinda bad but the acting wasn't too good either or am i only one thinking that?

I think that too. I guess she's not really important anymore, the writers don't put much time in her. That's too bad.

i odnt think it was bad acting.  everybody deals with greif in different ways.  and she has definatly been more quiet of late

yeh i read that 5 stages HAVE to be crossed to be "healing" really

you can grief those in ur own way thats true, but all the stages are crossed by everyone, even if they are small it still happens Smiley
like if u lose a cookie, all that happens in a few seconds so it's too fast and too small for u to realise but it did happen lol Cheesy
for cookie it's just too small so u dont feel it anyway but Charlie is big <3 Sad

writers probably didnt add that to the screentime because else there wud be too much relationship in the show, but i think it was mistake to do that.. now it was like nothing at all, thats sad for charlie he deserves a little more grieving then 1 epi Sad

yeah, please keep in mind the time frame in which these events are occurring, as well as how much camera time she has been getting. i think aaron is her main priority right now, and it is very likely that she just isn't on camera when her character is struggling emotionally. the show isn't called "claire".. it's lost. a lot has been going on, and not to downplay charlie's death, but more important things have been going on.

yeah she cant just forget aaron and be all depressed especially because babies feel that.  and not to say she isnt sad but im pretty sure its hard to cry all the time and take good care of a baby.

and poomba i dont think she was implying you didnt know that.  just stating what we all know.

I'm gonna have to agree that they definitely should have shown Claire in more distress and sorrow for the loss of Charlie... I always keep a close eye on her obviously and this is one thing I noticed as well. But yeah, we really haven't seen too much of her, so there's probably more to come.
