Forum Errors

I've just done some upgrades and added some new features to the forum.  Some of you might have experienced a few errors in the forum.  I think that I have them all fixed.  If you find any errors, please tell me about them, and where they happened, what you were doing, that sort of thing...That way I can get them fixed right away.

No.  I don't know if you have ever noticed, but the URL (web address) of the posts used to look like
http://www.officiallost.com/?topic=1163

Well, now instead of looking like that, which doesn't really tell you much, it looks like http://www.officiallost.com/forum-errors-t1163.0.html

You can look at that link and know that it will take you to a thread called "forum errors".  It doesn't really do much for us, but the search engines will love it, and push us up in the results when people make searches.

Also, I upgraded to version 1.1.4.  It used to be 1.1.1.  Nothing really new there, but a bit more secure, and the forum will run a bit more smooth.

Basically all this means is that we will get more visitors, and we will be safer.  If I could add any function to this forum, what do you think we would need?

i already suggested a shoutbox, but that was shot down and now that i think about it, that would be a really BAD idea for a forum.

i cant really think of anything that the forum would really "need"

I don't even know what a forum can 'get'. I don't think it really needs something, and besides; what you don't have, you don't miss.
