I was just trying to insert a picture but I couldn't figure it out.  Can you please explain how to post a picture?

If the picture is on another site, you would use the pictures url in between the image tags like this:

[img]http://www.site.com/picture.gif[/img]

If it is on your home computer, and you want to upload it, you would have to click "Additional Options", and use the attachments form to upload the image.

and hit browse and go to the area in your computer that has the image you want to upload and then click on that.

Easiest way to post a pic is through www.imageshack.us

You can resize images, turn them into avatars etc.
