I think it's when you give someone a +rep or -rep, you have to give a reason why you gave it
and I dunno i'm just guessing that on your profile, when it's all set up, you click it and you see all the reaons why you got them..

well i think its a good idea to have it. not necisarilly to leave comments but to know when someone gives you a plus rep. i think its really handy, cause then if you want to you can send that person a thank you.

As Debby said, it's something I was playing with yesterday. As with all things on the forum, permissions have to be granted in order for users to see or use certain things. I had only given permissions to a few of us to test it out, and thought that if someone wasn't given permission, they couldn't see the links in the profile. From what you guys said, I suppose the links are always visible and they only work for whoever had permission granted.
You guys were right on it with the purpose of those links. "Who changed my karma" to see who has given you reps, and also "Whose karma have I changed" is so you can see who you gave reps to. This mod also allows you to state a reason why you are giving the rep, which I thought was real nifty! I just asked crystal about changing the permissions, and she said that everyone that is in the second level member group or higher will be able to use this mod. As long as you have 10 or more posts, you'll be able to see it.
I'm sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused.

I just changed the permissions. Please let me know if it is working now for you if it wasn't before.
