Actually, it's questionable as to whether the Fuselage is even official. That's not to say that it isn't, but it's questionable as to why they would be running ads if the forum were already sponsered by one of the producers. Anyhow, I bought the domain name before I even knew what I was going to do with it. After I bought the name, I had a nervous thought, so I contacted ABC. ABC's lawyers contacted me back and told me that as long as I didn't make any implications as to being an actual "official" forum, that I would be fine. Even still, there are hundreds of forums out there that make certain claims that I have yet to see backed, but no legal action has been bestowed them. I try to make it as clear as possible that this is not an official forum, nor is it affiliated with ABC, Lost, or any of it's affiliates. If it were, then this forum would probably be busy, but it would also suck. In the on season, we have a fair amount of traffic, in the off season, we're all busy doing other things, but we check in once in a while. But overall, I think that this is probably the best Lost forum there is, and I'm not just saying that because I own it and run it, I'm saying that because I've experienced some of the other Lost forums, and they just don't have the same atmosphere like we have here.....
