Jack don't know jack.

I don't much care for this character. It could have something to do with the fact that I really didn't like Matthew Fox's character on Party of Five, I don't know. I think Jack is to controlling, and for some reason unknown to me, he seems to think that he is the king, the all ruling, and I don't remember him ever getting voted into that position. I think that Sawyer or Locke would do a better job at being a leader, they are both fighters and survivors, and that's what they need in order to survive on the island.

I dont really agree with that, I dont really like Jack either and I dont agree with alot of the stuff that he does, but I do think he is a better leader than Locke or sawyer. I think sawyer is hot and all but he is an a**. Its not really that he got voted into the position, but anytime anything happens everybody is always hunting down Jack for answers. So I gues its just a natural reaction to lead on his part. Grin

I like Jack. He is the most together and he is the smartest one of the bunch. I do think that he makes a great leader and as Crystal said "Its not really that he got voted into the position, but anytime anything happens everybody is always hunting down Jack for answers. So I guess its just a natural reaction to lead on his part." So I guess everybody else agrees and thinks that he would make the best leader too.

You know he was supposed to be killed off in the 1st episode (the pilot that got taken out of the plane by Huh

was supposed to be jack instead). However the director found that too many people had a strong association with jack, as he’s the eyes we saw it from the beginning, however now his role is changing a bit, maybe he’ll be killed off after all.

I didn't really like Jack at first neither, seemed too much like a Hero ya know?
But I've grown to like him and glad that didn't kill him off on ep1...
