Claire being Jacks sister?

in the episode there's no place like home part1 when jacks father died there was another woman at the end who said to jack your father was visiting his daughter and she said to him that claire was on the plane only a few rows away and you didn't know she was your sister so that means aaron (claires daughter/son) is related to jack it's jacks nease. Is she on about that claire? or is she on about another claire because she said that she died when the plane hit the water but the claire that had a baby survived so.....?

Yeah she was talking about Claire, Jack and Claire are half sister/brother. They (the oceanic 6) had to lie about all the other survivors dieing so they wouldn't risk exposing the island and stuff. And yeah, Aaron is Jack's nephew
