I was rewatching old episodes and thought I recongized this man who played Mike in Further Instructions

I realized that he looks an awfull lot like Dharma Initiatives very own Horace!

it's not.
unless they used 2 seperate actors to play Horace.
The dude in the first picture was the guy who played Hank in
Twin Peaks
, and the guy who plays Horace is the guy who played Toombs on
X-Files
.
