I know, I know ... it's a little mental to chose one scene out of every season of Lost so far. But just go for it! Pick the scene(s) that is most memorable to you for whatever reason - emotion, acting, humour, scripting, music etc etc.
I'll get the ball rolling with a couple of my favourite scenes:
1) The scene in the Season 1 finale, when Sawyer is measuring the new mast for the raft and Jack approaches him to give him the gun and Sawyer goes on to tell Jack how he met his father in Sydney and that he's proud and he loves him. A brilliant emotional scene in Lost.
2) The scene where Ben (but back then was known as Henry) is let out of the armoury and can have cereal. The scene ends with him saying "If I was one of them, these people you seem to think are your enemies, what would I do. (etc etc and then) My people would be there waiting for them, then they'd use them to trade for me. [laughs] I guess it's a good thing i'm not one of them huh? ... You guys got any milk?"
It's just Michael Emerson acting at his best, and a fantastically well scripted scene. So funny and so compelling.

yeh i love that second one as well. posted it in another thread but it is a great scene. where jack and sawyer are playing poker and having 'macho banter' and kate just goes 'shall i go get a ruler?'

i think when they are on the raft and they come and take walt. like when sawyer tries to save him and then when jin jumps in after sawyer. its just a really emotional scene.
also when sawyer shoots mr smiley and says "this is for taking the boy"

yeh that whole scene actually from when hurley comes crashing in in the dharma van to talking to jack on the walkie is a great scene

Over the summer Im gunna watch all the episodes again
Ill write down on paper which scenes I love and I will report back
Off the top of my head, the scene where we saw Charlie hanging for me was quite sadden as I loved Charlie at that point and I didnt want him to die
Ill always love the fight between keamey and sayid, and when sayid does crazy dance moves to break that others neck
The emotional scene with Penny and Des over the phone was another highlight of the show

Well poor charlie got strung up in the trees and left to die. Wasn't the whole sequence where Claire gets the needle stabbed in her by Ethan and when Alex helps her escape what happened to Claire? Or was that another time?

I rewatched season 1 so here are my top 3 moments from it:
1. Locke getting up onto his feet at the end of Walkabout and the image of his wheelchair in the fire
2. When Sawyer tells Jack about him meeting his dad
3. The last scene of the season when Locke and Jack are looking down the hatch
(Bonus favourite scene that didn't make the list but gets an honorable mention: the first time we hear Charlie sing "you all everybody" in the pilot.)
