With at&t (which is a ripoff) - There is about a $2.00 surcharge and then it is 9 cents a minute. I don't know why Debby would have to pay. my sister calls her friends in Italy, Panama and Costa Rica and it doesn't cost them anything. When my friend use to live in Bahrain, there was never a charge for the person on the receiving end. (That sounds kinda perverted.) Anyway, it would around 5.00 for 30 minutes, that's not bad. I think you guys should call each other.
