I seen no1 had posted in here so i though i'd start, since i feel could be massively involved in the lost storyline.
Ok so she seems 2 b connected 2 alot of the Losties, whts every1s theories on Libby???

I think that ultimately we will find out that all of the Losties and the Others are in someway connected in their pasts. I think we've only just begun to see exactly what's going on and what is going to be happening. The future for lost is quite exciting.

I dont think they are done with her. I was quite shocked when they killed her. I was like "WHAT"!!!! They had just started on her and didnt even get close to telling much on her. I think she is connected to everybody in a big way.

I was gutted when she died. Right from the start i figured she was a hurley stalker (he's not excactly Brad Pitt and you would probably need more time to fall for a guy like hurley, dontcha think?) When we found out that Libby was in the nut house, i thought cool! either she stalked him from there or she had been stalking him from earlier, possibly to get his $$.
I was wondering if Hurley killed her hubby in the boating accident he was "responsible" for. When she met Desmond, she said her Hubby like sailing before he died (i know she said he got sick, but it might have been a decoy). Maybe thats why she was stalking him - sting him for his $$ for revenge.
We'll definately hear more about her. She's too connected to the losties to not come back in a flashback or two.

yeah I never thought that maybe she would have been stalking him for his money. you know she was in the institute for a reason, but how did she get there, why? It makes you wonder when/if they bring her back, how are they going to bring her back?

Yeah, that's a pretty good point. Her ties with Hurley may not be coincidental or "fateful" like I had presumed.
I think that the accident that Hurley caused was a collapsing deck, not a boating accident though. Unless he caused more than one accident that ultimately lead to the demise of other people.

Yeah, it was a deck and it collapsed because of his weight, so he blames himself for.

I just thought of something.....If Libby was stalking Hurley for his money, then he would have had to won the money before the institution. In fact he didn't win the money until after he left the institution, because he used the numbers he heard continuously from someone else that was in the institution with him(Dave, his imaginary friend). So he was still broke when him and Libby first crossed paths.

Unless sumhow Libby was a part of Dharma which are connected with the Others & they used sum sort of Time Travel (or could have forseen that Hurley would win the lottery) Thats why Libby was there???
