I like Mr friendly, I think he is great. I think he is trying to play like he is harder than he really is. I dont really think that he is all that bad or mean. Although I am probably way off base here.

I have a feeling that Mr. Friendly (Tom) is going to turn out to be not such a bad guy. Something is going to happen and Tom is going to make the ultimate sacrifice to help the "Losties" escape some kind of doom.

we have been so surprised at so many things that the writers have pulled out of their butts, so really it wouldn't be surprising to me if he was a good guy and helped out the losties.
