I seriously doubt it!
I don't even think their on different islands.. Not too sure though..
Cuz the Dharma places on that map that Locke looked at are all close to each other, that's what it looked like, but the under water one is on the supposedly "other" island.. Man, I'm starting to confuse myself..
But this is deffinetly the best Preview so far.. So I think we should give it a bump!
