Anyone notice the theme of resurrection in this episode?  When John and Mr. Eko got to the drug smuggler's plane, they rolled away a large stone only to find that the body of Yemi was not in the plane (empty tomb of Jesus).  I for one think that Yemi may not be dead anymore and that Mr. Eko was not hallucinating at least part of the time when he saw/talked to Yemi.

Remember also that Jack found his father's coffin empty, and we've seen Christian again in season 4 (with Claire in Jacob's Cabin).  Perhaps the island has the power to bring the dead back to life?

Or maybe Jacob controls certain dead people?  When Eko was talking to Yemi, Yemi said, "You speak to me as if I were your brother!"  In season 4, Christian told John that he could speak on behalf of Jacob - think there is a connection there?
