So when Miles was talking to Charlotte about leaving the island, he asked her something along the lines of why does she want to leave the island after just getting back on it.

lol, that you put this on here.  i wrote that while i was still watching and then a bit later she made the remark about still looking for the place she was born. HMMMM she couldnt have been born there could she ?

i didnt really understand that line by charlotte. but didnt ben rattle off everything he knew about charlotte like 5-7 episodes ago? didnt he say where she was born?

yes he did, i i thought about that when she made that statement. her info could be false though, especially if she did come from the island, she wouldnt want anyone else to know about it/ maybe she was in disguise too.

yeh i think she could have been annie and born on the island then something happened to her when she left and she had to use a fake identity or something to protect herself

I think that we havent seen enough of her past to make any sort of idea
I think we just havent seen her yet, and she isnt annie

But I was thinking, maybe her and faraday is the adam and eve skeletons ?

ooooooh very interesting theory. I got the feeling that she was born on the island. and knows a lot more about it then we have seen so far. I felt like she was one of the "others". back in the episode when she was being introduced, she recognized the dharma symbol on the collar of the polar bear in the desert, right? and seemed to know exactly what it was.  I also wonder if the polar bear was something that got shifted either on purpose by dharma for an experiment, or when the island got moved before. if maybe it got moved, and that is why she couldn't find it again. what I don't know, is how Miles knows it. other than communing with the dead. did the dead tell him that? he knows that people hide things, like he did with Kevin using a false name, but not the details of it at all, as far as we could tell. so how did he know that info, and what exactly does he know?
