thats not very sympathetic. he divorced his wife (i think) and his son is all he has to hang on to on the island. would you feel any differently if it was claire and her baby?

I'm with glowfly...His character disgusts me...I like Walt though, it's a shame they have to be related....IMO, I don't care how sad you are that your ex died, there's never a reason to be anything like Michael. I just wish John Locke would have knocked him in the head instead of punching Charlie....Michael deserves it, Charlie didn't.

hmmm...idk if i would feel the same if it was claire and her baby. good point.
that chic (walt's mom) and michael were never married. i remember when they were shopping for baby things they were talking about what to name walt and she said his name with her last name and then michael goes "oh so that's why you won't marry me...blah blah blah". then after he's born she tells michael she's moving to europe(?) or something like that and he says she can't do that cuz there are laws and she goes "we're not married michael, i'm his mother, i make a good income...yada yada".
even so, walt was all he had to hang on to (like you said) but i wish it was in a less annoying way...blah, i'm just rambling now.

mike didnt have a choice he was delt bad cards ...go back and watch your past shows from season 1 and 2 , his character will get better as it goes on.
