Ok this is one of those ideas that you just kindda fling at the wall to see how much it sticks. You all are my wall. I wont tell you what Im flinging at you..........
The cabin that is occupied by Jacob was built by Horace according to Horace. He states that he built it for him and his wife. His wife btw the wife was Bens school teacher.
1st question: How did Jacob come to having residency in the cabin?
Specultive observation about the cabin: It is surrounded by what looks like possibly volcanic ashe and the island has a volcanoe on it. Horace's wife is seen teaching the children about volcanoes.
2nd question: Is there a connection between Horace's wife and the cabin being encircled with volcanic ashes?
Jacob is Ben's leader. He gives Ben the commands to execute. Ben is no longer the leader. Locke is now the choosen one and christan appears in the cabin instead of jacob.
3rd question: Has a changing of the guard taken place from Jacob to Christan, similiar to how Locke has taken over Ben's postion.
we know that Locke leaves the island.
4th question: While he is away Could it be that sawyer has the reigns. It would keep in line with the anger motiffe
5th question: Why is Jack so desperate to return? Is he the next leader in line and Sawyer is just holding his place for him?
6th question: Is Cooper going to replace Christian once Jack takes over the postion?
Im just toying around with some directions that this story may be headed towards. I tried to do it a twisty turnt lost kind of style. We do know that Jack is a central chacter to the plot so I dont think its unreasonable to seeing him become the next leader of the others.
Intrested to hear everyones feedback after you all have had some time to twist your brains around this one. Would love to hear some alternate guess by you all too, if anyone has any.
