yup.. and its too obvious ..cuz indians can not pronounce the arabic letters correctly so it sounded verrrrry fake like arabs listen twice to his arabic line to get what he'z trying to say

Oh I see. I guess he does ok though considering he's English. Some of the Scottish accents from Desmond's flashback are kinda sketchy too - I'm guessing they're not all real Scots! Henry Ian Cusack has a natural Scottish accent but quite a posh one because he's not originally from Scotland so he kinda hams it up a little for his character.

Sayid sounds 100% Iraqi! First time I saw an interview with him I was like O_O' He's so great, and so is Desmond, at first I found his accent quite irritating but I got used to it eventually and even started to like it xD!
and lol I didn't spot Eko in the Mummy II either!! and I watched it after I'd started watching

I feel the same way as crystal. they do a great job. Also, I have spoken to korean friends of mine who say that koreans don't think daniel does a good job on his korean.

to me its like asian, and i cant really tell a difference between any of their accents. lol, i know it sucks cause they are aiming for the real deal. they want it to sound right cause people can tell it apart, even though i cant.

yeah i mean i guess it's the same thing as if someones trying to fake an american accent. we will be able to tell but spanish people probably won't. that's just how it works i guess
