I will just tell you a few things that I remember from reading this article.
Evangeline Lilly said that when she was filming the season finale she had a few guesses as to who she "had to get back to".

B. A kid
C. She married a rich man
Than they went on to say that one of her guesses are correct. HMMMM. I had a theory, maybe she married Hurley, he gets off the island and he is rich

They also said that we will find out how Kate is not in jail and if she even served time.
We will find out one other person that gets off the island on the season premiere and then the rest by the 8th episode.
It says that Hurley was troubled in the past and he is still troubled in the future. This time its not the numbers that are haunting him. The people who made it off the island aren't honest with what happened after the crash or even how many survived. They feel a sense of guilt for the people that were left behind.
The freighters actually make Ben seem quite cuddly. On february 7th their true intentions will be revealed.
We will find out about Michael in the 8th episode cliffhanger.
