I don't know if the 6th O6 would be due to a borrowed/stolen identity.
I think enough people off island would figure out that the name and the actual person weren't quite meshing.

When you remember kate was in court she claimed a "make believe story" what happened on the island
she said tht 8 survived the crash, but 2 died whilst on the island, leaving the coeainic 6
so im guessin jin was one of the ones she claimed "died on the island"

The two that died are most likely Claire because Kate had her baby and Jin because we saw Sun go to his Grave.

Your right with the O6 because the advert for the show in 4 weeks time shows us pictures of them 6 when the voice over says "we now know who the O6 are"
But going back to Claire, in the advert for 4 weeks time, You see a clip of Hurley holding Aaron in Hurleys hands saying:
"Is that Claires house?"
or something to that effect
So maybe Claire dies soon?
sorry it was actually "You checked Claires house?"
