Ok I don't have much, but heres what I got for you. Desmond has a flashback and intentionally does something that may be harmful to somebody.
Kate turns to Sawyer after seeing Jack alone with Juliet.
I cant say that this is a spoiler, but I think this is the episode that Desmond goes back and talks to Penny about coming and saving them, and I think thats why he wants to let his flashback at the island happen, no matter how bad it is, cause its the only way she can get there. Anyways thats all I got for you right now, if you know anything else please add.

About Penny... I heard that she is coming to island. Does anyone remember when two portuguese men called to Penny and said that "we have found him"? Well, I think this have something to do with Penny coming to island, maybe...

It was at the end of season 2, that is how they left us hanging and it hasn't been revisited since then until now, and I am so excited.

there is also a helicopter that comes and Jin,Hurley, Charile and Desmond sees this while they are out on a journey. Desmond looks distraught like he does not want this helicopter to go there.
There is also a mysterious parachutist named Naomi that ends up there that knows some big information about the island. I think she comes from the helicopter.

I just read that Naomi actually has information regarding an occupant of the island, not information about the island.
