Season 3 Episode 5 Spoilers - The Cost of Living

This Mr. Eko centric episode has the delirioius Mr. Eko wrestling with demons from the past.

The Losties make their way to the Pearl Station and find a computer that can help them locate Kate, Sawyer and Jack.

Jack is placed on the spot when 2 of the Others are at odds with one another, and not knowing which one he should trust.

What 2 others do you think are at odds? Juliet and Ben. They may seem not to get along to well, but that seems to obvious. I dont really have a good guess. Do you?

I think it has to be Juliet and Ben. I like Juliet. I'm pretty sure she has a good heart and doesn't agree with everything The Others are doing. Since Jack and Juliet are supposedly 'love interests', Jack will convince Juliet to try and help them.

Yeah, I agree. I think it's been obvious since the first time we met Juliette that her and Ben didn't exactly see eye to eye. I think Juliette is aching to tell Jack what's going on, and why they are there, but then she understands what could happen to her and to Jack if she did. I believe that she shows signs of empathy for the Losties, especially Jack. I hope that if the Others turn out to be bad guys, that she ultimately helps the Losties in there quest to live free from the fear of the Others.

Juliet tries to get Jack on her Ben and double cross Ben. We are unsure as to whether she really means to double cross Ben, or if it's a test that Ben asks her to perform to test Jack's true willingness to operate on Ben safely. Who knows?
