Not sure about the dance scence but I belive it was an extra on one of the dvds.

i think the dance scenes were put as an extra on the dvds but they started off as a promo for the show on channel 4 in the UK.

haha love the bit at the beginning with locke looking at the loudspeaker...imagine if it was really that coming out of it

and ben's smile is soooo creepy
