You can post videos in this forum. If it's a preview of upcoming episodes of Lost, then please post that in the Lost Previews forum.
Here's how to post a video:
In the address bar on the page of the video you want to post, you will see something similar to this -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8K_NQe57C-k
Copy everything from the address bar after the "=", in this case, it would be 8K_NQe57C-k
paste that code in between the youtube tags.
It would look something like this -
Code:
[youtube=425,350]8K_NQe57C-k[/youtube]
And here is the finished product:

you can also hit the reply button and those little squares above where you type, there are 2 rows of them. The bottom row second one in is a "V" you can also hit that and type in the code after the v= thats in the address bar in between the brackets. ]bz303[ something like that. I hope that wasn't confusing. I just think thats easier then typing in the youtube code
