hi everyone...this is my first topic .....i was wandering why richard is not the leader of the others.....he is always young,he knows more than ben or locke...
he was the one who found them..........ben mentioned that he wasnt always the leader....
i thought he may have been punished for something and he cant be the leader any more .......(like ben cant come back because he moved the island )
any ideas guys??
(my english is not the best so excuse me for mistakes etc)

id never thought that he was being punished for something, thats an interesting idea, that hadnt crossed my mind before

I read someone's post (can't remember who it was, sorry) that suggested Jacob was using Christian's body to communcate with the Jack, Claire and Michael. What if Richard is dead and Jacob is using his body to communicate also. Probably not likely, but it was the only reason I could think to explain why Richard is not the leader. Can't remember if Richard ever refers to Jacob.

i think that richard isnt the leader because if he was he might have to move the island or something. so i think that hes below jacob and higher then ben/locke

yes I have posted that he s using christian too....but i dont believe richard is dead ...christian just apperas and disapears...richard eats drinks kills...
no i m sure he is alive.....and i think he refers to jacob when locke is about to leave and meet him with ben.....

but conscoiusly to the others, Ben/Locke is actually the leader
